Heartwood tinker quest

Hi all i'm just new i play from 6 months and when i started it was possible to complete the quest Necessity's Mother from the Trinket Weaver at Heartwood giving crafted tinker's tool.
Now the trinket weaver doesn't accept crafted tinker's tool to complete the quest.
I hope is an error somebody meet the same problem ?
