Tinker Bench - vet reward bug

You cannot make traps with the tinker bench. 

You get the message "you can only trap things you are carrying' if you try to trap a box, even though the box, and the crossbow bolts and ingots are in your pack.. If you use a 'tool' in your pack it works. 

If you try to use the tools in the tinker bench it won't work.
