Maritime Cargo not showing up on Vendor Search

My friend and I are separately selling some of the maritime cargo we received from our pirate adventures.... however, none of our goods are showing up on vendor search? Both of our vendors are enabled for VS and there doesn't seem to be anything obvious preventing our goods from showing up.

A few more tests on this issue - My items do not show up when I search using keywords like "cargo" or "maritime" on VS.  However, if I search by the specific city that the cargo is destined for (say, "Jhelom" for instance), I can see the item listed. So... it is showing up in Vendor Search, but not under keywords that people would likely use to find it.
