pets disappeared

Three friends were fighting pirates in the tokuno seas.  They crossed a server line and the pets disappeared.  checking the character status and it show no pets.  They tried going back over the server line...no pets.  Logged on and off...no pets.  the pets were nightmares with magic mastery.  happened at about 12pm pacific time.

    Just told that the pets had teleported to the pirate ship then it crossed the server line
