Cannot use talisman of creature summoning in Ilshenar or Eodan

Think this is a bug, i never read anything about not being able to use talisman of summoning in these locations. When trying to use you receive a message "you cannot cast spells here"
I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.

    Can you use them in Fel dungeons? and other places a ball of pet summoning doesn't work? Perhaps they're affected by the same code?

    ah yes you are quite correct. Talisman is working as intended.

    (The cliloc should probably read the same as pet ball "you cannot summon your pet to this location" )
