the bamboo tile exploit has been fixed, long live the bamboo tile exploit!

Unfortunately the bamboo tile exploit where items locked down on bamboo floor tiles were force displayed to any players approaching a house with them was only half way fixed.

West-East bamboo tiles were fixed, however, North-South bamboo tiles still force display locked down items.

Please also fix the North-South bamboo tiles. Thanks!
