I think I may have Dismissed this page https://forum.uo.com/discussion/3410/high-seas-update-treasure-chests-mib-treasures/p1   Is there a way to UN- Dismiss it and is there a way for us to keep certain threads on the top of page one?

    Announcements stay 'sticky' at the top, until the user uses the 'dismiss' option that is :D
    I can see no way to undismiss, but you can bookmark threads. Click the star icon at the top right of the thread, access your bookmarked threads from the 'book' icon on the left by your name.

    Not sure if it will work, but I'll try to re-set the announcement tag on that thread. Only you will tell the difference, so let me know if it works :D
