Please increase the chance to bribe a small tinker utensil bod to exceptional
in Test Center
Since you are working on making more small bods bribe to their full potential please increase the chance to bribe a tinker utensil bod to exceptional. Right now the chance is so low that I can bribe a small bod up to valorite before it will bribe to exceptional. This happens a lot since I started testing the 104 changes on test center. I have several large tinker utensil bods that require exceptional dull copper utensils. With the current chance to bribe to exceptional those large bods will most likely never get filled.
