How much does it lower resist and will it stack with discord?

    I’m sure it does stack, everything else does.
    from another forum I read depending on your swords/tactics real skill:
    Under 200: -4% 
    200 - 205: -8% 
    210 - 215: -12% 
    220 - 235: -16% 
    240: -20% 
    I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.
