Plant Growth/Maint Cycle

Whats going on?  My main shard is Sakura but I am growing an abundance of plants on Arirang.  My plants have been in Limbo for 5 days now, not a single growth check, whats up with this?!?!

I'm annoyed because these plants are black and white seeds stuck at 7-9 days growth.  I make gold from dyes, my income has ceased due to this, please sort this out or at least let me know why this is happening.
