Will trade quests be returning to Felucca?

This is probably covered somewhere, but I can't seem to find it...or I could just be stupid.  When Krampus came along trade ministers in Fel cities disappeared (I assume because it's a Tram event.)  I'm just wondering if they'll be put back into Fel at some point. Thank you for your time.

    Please make the Grizzled Mare a 5 slot mount, it's incredibly rare and deserves it. Some of us have been waiting a long time for this simple addition.
