Character copy to TC

Has anyone else had trouble doing a copy to TC since yesterday? i have tried multiple characters on multiple shards across accounts and at different times.  I cannot select a shard, no button beside it. if it is just me, anyone have any suggestions on what may be the issue? @Kyronix is it turned off by chance?

    My guess.  They are about to change some of the cannon stuff so they turn off the transfer until they get that in to test.

    Means Kyronix will do a patch tomorrow.  *crosses fingers*
