Issue with the New Recipe Book

From the patch notes:
A Recipe Book
  • Functions similar to a Bulk Order Deed book
  • Has a variety of sort functions and support for selling recipes
A BoD book has a 5-1 ratio for lockdowns/storage but the Recipe Book is 1-1.  I locked down a recipe book with 45 recipes stored and my storage/lockdowns went down 46 (45 recipes and the book). @Kyronix is this working as designed or a bug?
