Best way to get Crystalline Blackrock?

What is the best way to get crystalline blackrock? I've got GM mining and piddled around mining in a couple of spots in Ter Mur but um.. none dropped. I recall killing mice people in the Cavern of Discarded and getting it but it's been years and I don't recall it dropping often there either. I've read that ore elementals drop it as well, but is it worth it to go hope you pop one and get a drop?

Ore Elementals mostly drop them.

By far the easiest way to get these is by killing gold elementals in blackthorn's dungeon, with the added bonus of possible minax arti drops.
