Begging does not show its cool down timer.  You need to guess how long it can be before you can beg again.

Nor does it cause the cool down timers on other skills such as hide to show.  For example add the begging and hide skills to a hot bar. Click on the hide skill and its cool down timer shows on both hide and begging.  Click on the begging skill and no cool down timer shows either begging or hide.
