A closed Account
I have a closed account (now five months) on my master account that I want to turn into an EJ account, now I have tried logging in but it gives me the so so errors of closed account etc.. Do I need to remove it from my master account to change it to an EJ account or is this an EA/Broadsword problem that they need to look at and fix? Should I turn in a ticket thru the support email to have the account unlinked from my master?
