Pitcher of water is always empty

During the human to elf quest you need a pitcher of water. I always start with empty pitchers when buying the pitcher of Water for 7 gold. This is a fake pitcher and always empty. Have to buy the PoW for 11 gold. Sad!

    What are you try to fill the empty pitcher from?  I had no problem filling an empty picture from water troughs.

    the bug is in the inventry listing. the 7gp jug should be labelled 'an empty pitcher' and not 'a pitcher of water'.  The actual pitcher of water is 11gp.
