Easier Navigation?

in Forum Feedback
If I click on Shard forums... I have to scroll all my way down to the forum, I want to end in.
Is there any possibility if we can have a fast way to navigate downwards?
F.e. a popup menu... or on the left side smaller list? 
Don´t need the popular "tags" on the right side.. if I click on "home" ... but I want an easy and fast navigation...

Great would it be, if i have the possibiltiy make favorites/bookmark menue for myself.

    You can make bookmarks. Click the star beside the thread. Access bookmarks is top left of your screen under your username. The book icon.

    Sorry, I didn´t meant to have a thread bookmarked,,, but I would like to have a possibility for put on the top level only the forums I am intressted in. So I do not need to scroll all the way down till I reach the Siege forum, f.e.

    And the hide button does not work.
