Atlantic shard Issue

I'm posting this here because I'm unsure where else to put this. I logged into Atlantic shard, I forgot I had General Chat turn on, and was greeted by A barrage of horrible RACIST HATE SPEECH, RACIAL EPITHETS, RACIAL SLURS and VULGAR DISGUSTING LANGUAGE. It actually turned my stomach and made me nauseous. Please Dev team I beg you go Roto-Rooter that thing its nastier than a sewer clogged for days. This is a direct violation of the TOS/ROC :
8. PROHIBITED USER CONDUCTSubject to the permitted use of the Services granted in this Agreement, you may not, in whole or in part, copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, derive source code from, modify, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service, or remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Service. Publish, post, upload or distribute any content, such as a topic, name, screen name, avatar, persona, or other material or information, that EA (acting reasonably and objectively) determines is inappropriate, abusive, hateful, harassing, profane, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, infringing, privacy-invasive, vulgar, offensive, indecent or unlawful.
Devs, I do not wish returning players to be greeted by such FILTH! We all should be able to use and access all parts of the game without being subjected to such offensive matter. Also allowing such behavior to go unchecked could open Broadsword to legal action by the groups that were targeted by this hate speech. I am asking nicely please Roto-Rooter. I personally volunteer to Moderate Gen. Chat. I was an MiRC chat moderator for two groups from 1997-2000, when both groups folded.
Please, Please, please clean it up. Please.

The thread was closed so I was unable to publicly explain how the majority of bad language i’m sure comes from dead players raging.
I accidentally wrote “global chat” however they have since been informed I meant to write “general chat”
According to Kyronix they get very very few complaints about general chat language so this is very low priority. However low priority doesn’t necessarily mean it will not be fixed.
