Where is my PET?

My guild  member  died and so did his pet died about an hour ago in Humility. Got rez'd and pet is gone. Bonded for about a month. Not in stable, log out and in multiple times. How can this possibly happen? Since I cant get any answers in game. I need help. This was a highly trained cu sidhe. This cannot really happen, there must be an answer.

    Personally, I wouldn’t have reported it as a bug if it only happened one time. However I would report it if it happened more than one time. 
    I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.

    It is a bug, what bonded high quality pet in the middle of champ spawn poofs?
