is UOAssist authorized or will I get banned for using it?

    There doesn't seem to be a list any more but UOAssist has always been acceptable, as far as I know.

    Uocartographer requires uoassist (or equivalent) for it to work on Classic Client, so you would be banned from many guilds if you couldn’t use it. 
    I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.

    No, it is not required for Enhanced Client, UOAssist adds basic functionalities to Classic Client that are available in Enhanced Client.

    Yes UOA is still legal.
