I opened a bug thread about Spirit speak rules not being enacted for “global chat”

i must apologise as what I was trying to say was
“general chat”
and got annoyed at the response because we were talking about different things.
global chat, party, alliance, and guild require authorisation from the chat receiver to allow communication between the parties so spirit speak rules correctly need not apply. However “general chat” is the chat that I request for spirit speak rules to apply as this is the chat where a high volume of unfamily friendly chat is broadcast from dead players.

I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.
