Still receiving inconsistent system messages for insufficient mana

Both clients, Magery spells still displaying red text above the head when you have insufficient mana.

Expected result, white system message text not above the head the same as every other spell school.
I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.

    It has been this way for quite some time.

    Think it has been that way for awhile for mages.  Don’t usually have much time to look at it but it gets your attention quickly appearing overhead.
