Source of glassblowing improvement talisman?

I see some glassblowing improvement talisman for sale on Atlantic.

What's the source of these?  I found none in my stash (100s) of various talisman.

    I got my 27% glass blowing talisman by doing lots and lots and lots of Heartwood crafting quests.

    I stopped on page 2.  Masonry is the same.  It is new also.

    They are not in Heartwood.  They are on peerless and peerless loot table mobs.  Many bosses are based on that loot table.  The Titans and other past temporary bosses. EM Bosses.

    First thing I do when a new boss comes is to see if it drops talis, if not, I don't look at the loot.

    Do enough peerless and you can find them.

    My crafters have the good ones on them but if it not enough for high success, I use any charged Tali, You lose resources with these.

    I went on a switch making frenzy a long time ago and still have 20.

    Wait for it to go public, you can grab the ones that were not wanted.



    We made bottles for The Fellowship Event.  We used them then.

    I have collected the ones that make creatures or named things for years. So, I probably have a larger collection than the average player.

    A lot of the named ones make the wrong creature.

    This is also where the single slayer talis come from.  Bat Bear Ice Mage Flame  etc  I had like 10 beetles when That event came out.  Archer wiped em out!

    I keep hearing others say there are no quests for them.  Ivory.  Can u help Ivory with other things also.

    Glad they are there.

    I only did the bottle trade in for bows when the bows gave extra stats or something.
    I got hundreds of talismans from the bags dropped on the ground from crafters gaining skill?
    They dropped 60% of them. And I collect weird things.

    I haven't done Heartwood quests since Glassblowing came out.
