Holiday gifts for players that don't use unapproved 3rd party clients?

Seems like they're cracking down on these clients little by little and it would be nice if they gave players that do not use these clients (and never have) a little gift, perhaps 500-1000 sovereigns? Or maybe go back to the naughty/nice bags of the past, approved client players to get holiday tokens and cheaters get an empty bag? Or maybe just ban anyone that's touched unapproved 3rd party clients?
