[The Draconic Awakening] Artifacts in Felucca will be cursed.
This coming 14th October, the stable version of Publish 121 will be released.
One question I ask myself, and which we will soon find out, is whether holding the event in Felucca is worth it in terms of risk/reward, considering that artefacts are cursed in Felucca.
I think that the developers, with the aim of not reducing PvP during the event, have cursed the artefacts so that players who engage in PvP can receive a reward if they manage to kill players participating in the event in Felucca. Similarly, I think that developers, in order to motivate and incentivise PvM players to participate in the event in Felucca, will receive a higher drop rate for artefacts because they risk losing part or even all of what they have collected.
All of this will be answered soon in the final version, which will be released next week.

Conclusion:
After 20 minutes timed in both Trammel and Felucca, the results show that they share the same drop rate.
Therefore, the first point shows that participating in the event in Felucca not only gives you no advantage, but also a significant disadvantage, because the items are cursed and you can be robbed or killed by other players.
The second point clearly shows that Luck has no effect on the event, as the additional 1000 luck points for being in Felucca had no effect whatsoever, giving the same results.
One of those many things where the devs listened.
Now play 20 mins with one of the new weapons and note the durability loss. I had a Paladin weapon go 255 to 6 in 33 drops. Then I accidently put it in my hand at a dragon nest so it is now below 246...
