What is going on with this? I was informed that  a Governor was trying to force another Governor to change his city buff.   What gives this Governor the power or right to try to force this change?    If it is true  then i think its time we vote out this Governor.

    I'd change mine for a couple of Plat.  Then next month see what's the best offer.
