Can we make these exempt from being closed?

the bug forums are used to track bugs and provide an open platform for vital information between customers and vendor. There have been occasions where further information has come to light on bugs but the threads have been closed (often due to personal disputes) so unable to share additional information.

These forums should simply be moderated. 
I tell you the truth, tis better to do 10 damage on the right target than 100 damage on the wrong target.

    Please PM me the links to the threads you consider affected. I can find no locked threads other than those in which the problem was fully addressed by a  Broadsword team member and locked because of that. I certainly found no evidence of 'personal disputes'.
