QoL change request: pets should push through in Trammel.

        Pet logic should be changed in a number of ways.   Pets frequency get wedged on other players in doorways, which prevents pets from moving, or entering/exiting structures.  Many pets (tritons, ...) cannot be mounted.  This is a significant issue in the publish 120 mistas buildings.
- In
 tram ruleset, pets should push through targets, like players do.  It's 
very strange to see pets get wedged on NPCs, players, and monsters.
- In tram ruleset, consider allowing monsters to push through player pets too. That may beef up the monster AI slightly.
