Phase four needs

Something at least on Baja everyone does 1-3    then ghost town in dungeon calling out how much longer for dungeon to end. I found the spawn to spread out and thin to make potions worth it. I'd suggest either A. Shorten length 2 hours would be fine or B. Turn the spawn up

    Yes I noticed the lack of spawn on less populated shards to be an issue in most of the previous ToT style events (last event in the hives wasn't bad though). This is tricky thing though because I feel like at least one prior event when the spawn rate was a lot people were complaining that they kept dying. 

    I think the solution would be to have one side of dungeon (or the "deeper" you go) spawn more densely with the other parts being less dense for the more casual/noob players.

    I agree the dungeon should be shorter. It's such a pain to get in and out of for my newer characters so I have been happily doing phases 1-3 then I going off to do something else. Mostly knitting :p

    I have noticed similar on Sonoma. It does get busier in the evening and I definitely get more bang for my buck then as the spawn is more densely packed into the tunnels and my axe finds many more targets.

    How would I fix it though? I am not sure. Adding more spawn would be nice for me, but what about the guy who cannot handle as much spawn. Shortening the time sounds great in theory but then I am using 2x as much resources to break into the town every time. While more chances for satchel drops, it gets pricey on the smaller shard where I often use 6-10 ammunition kits personally to help get things broken down.

    What I often do though is make sure I visit every nook and cranny of the dungeon before i go back to a place I have been and do it in an order. I noticed that the spawn will re-spawn somewhere, just maybe not where you are and the spawn gets more dense in places. If you go through them in an order you can often find rooms more densely filled. Less time running around from mob to mob. More time slaughtering them!

    I tell you what, I’ll get on Baja and you can follow me around, because I am a magnet for paragon void hounds, paragon beasts, and paragon reavers.  On LS, 2-4 will usually find me within a minute or two of me running through the entrance.

    I dont bother with the dungeon part when it's the void hounds... too much of a PITA. That's when I break out my thief or start making supplies for the siege.

    The point is that with faster better options many choose to do other things as I said increase spawn or shorten time
