Lost Britannian Ship and it was connected to Lighthouse

On Monday my wife and I spent a few hours doing MIBs. Today I go to recall to my ship and it is not there. I refreshed it on Monday, so it should not have decayed. But even so, it was connected to a lighthouse.

I would advise you to submit a ticket into CS via the in game help menu.

In that short time it should not have decayed, but sometimes ships don't show up if they've been parked on, or very close to, a server line. Try placing another boat with the same character, if the game will not let you, then it still exists. If you have any idea where you left it, I suggest going to look for it with a boat on a different character.

If it was parked near emporium or tokuno dock it was moved

I was able to place a ship.  
It was not near either of those- I know it was in the S/E part of the map (that's the group of MiBs we finished fishing up). Guess I will spend a few hours sailing around there.
