Lag with only one character (Enhanced Client)

I have an issue of lags starting when I log one character, then after few minutes, the game looks almost completely frozen a,d unplayable, like I have 1 fps, my 3 other characters are strangely not impacted, no lag issues at all with them. This is a toon newly created and I used the character token, I put 90 points skills on Cartography, Lockpick, Inscription, Remove Trap, Alchemy. I can't identify the issue at all and this character is unplayable. Does anybody had this issue ?
