Crafting
Based on recent thoughts about crafters, it is difficult to come up with anything better than quests or BoDs for crafters in the Ultima Online paradigm without some kind of radical reworking of all crafting, which should be tied to some kind of global change in the approach to character equipment.
So just some thoughts, not high priority, how to diversify crafters gameplay.
1.) We have a BoDs system and it is good in its own way, a delayed quest that you can do in free mode, the only thing we lack now is motivation to do it. Rewards in the form of utility slots, bags, orbs and powder will be a good reason to craft in season two.
2.)Better interaction with the congiarium, more options for enchanting, more options to obtain congis and spend them, and the ability to open enchantments further even after the last phase may also be a good contribution to the desire to participate in crafting.
3.)Also one big stumbling block is BoD storage, I understand that BoD books were created so that people don't exploit the amount of accumulated quests too much, but the reality is that it only punishes the average players and makes their life and crafting experience annoying, I think it's time to make BoD books as one item, at least for NL.
4.) People very little appreciate the fact that a person spent time and most importantly a character slot for a crafter and usually free work is the norm for UO, I understand the idea that NL should turn us to communication, but unfortunately it does not work. Perhaps it is worth thinking about adding parchments to the game for enchantments and for repair contracts.
No need to give free contracts and parchments just for one blank scroll, parchment and contract can be a reward for BoD of the corresponding profession so that they have weight and a person can buy a contract from player vendors at any time and repair his armor, because not always the right people are online. Also, parchment for inscriptors so that crafters can apply enchantment on them and sell.
A good addition would be to add a check mark to the contract to show who repaired/enchanted the item. Repaired by GigaCrafterxxx. Enchanted by SeasonTwoLoverxoxo
5.)Also the idea of returning the properties of colored materials will add activity to crafters.
6.)Well, and probably the last thing is that BoD rewards only the result of crafting but you can also reward the process itself. We can separate the task boards for crafters and for fighters, firstly, to remove the misunderstanding of why fighters highlight the tasks of craftsmen and vice versa, and secondly, to add more quests for craftsmen, for example, which will reward the process: produce 100 alchemy items, produce 100 items of inscription, get X amount of resource, etc., etc. with a reward of crafter token with the ability to convert into bank points or instant for the corresponding skill for X value a depending on complexity.

If you have any ideas about what other activities can be done for crafters within the existing balance and paradigm, without reworking half the game, please share.
