Looting bug

So I was killing the last bosses in the Roof encounter in Shadowguard and when the last boss died it was just one big list view which my default is grid view and other mobs before it all were grid view. 

Makes List view even more annoying is when someone takes an item it shuffles itself which then can even bug out more showing the same item multple times.

Hard to tell for sure, but from my experience this happens to EC when CC players have the corpse open before you can get your own display. It seems to have something to do with the 2 clients interacting. I never have the issue when hunting solo or an instanced corpse before it is public.
