Pets usage of spiritspeak erroneously tied to Necromancy?

Certain pets start with a baseline spiritspeak of 20, two that come to mind:
- Hellsteed
- Grizzled Mare (drop from interred grizzle)
It appears these never use spiritspeak, as they don't have the necromancy skill.
Players usage of spiritspeak (for healing) is not tied to necromancy.
Please change the pet logic to use spiritspeak if the skill is > 0, without needing necromancy.
Consider adding necromancy by default to at least the hellsteed too.
