A question about imbuing (Archery)
I saw a Bow of Quality (4.25s speed) Reforged (Minor) and Imbued with the following Properties :
100% Poison Damage
Velocity 21%
Hit Lower Defense 50%
Hit Lightning 50%
Balanced
Swing Speed Increase 35%
Lower Requirements 20%
Hit Lower Defense 50%
Hit Lightning 50%
Balanced
Swing Speed Increase 35%
Lower Requirements 20%
Since the max imbuable Swing Speed Increase is 30%, and even with 30% SSI the total imbuing weight would come, even after using a whetstone, with 568/550 which is over the CAP, I assume that the Bow was done with 25% SSI (total imbuing weight 549/550) and then enhanced with Ash wood with a Forged Artifact for the extra 10% SSI to bring it to the 35% SSI.
Question is, where does the 6th property Lower Requirements 20% come from ?
I assume from using a Runic Fletching kit to get the 100% Damage but, so far, using OAK Runic Fletching Kits, when getting 100% Damage, I just got the one 100% Damage Property, not also Lower Requirements... if I got Lower Requirements it usually is because the damage is not 100% Elemental but below that, like 70% or so... so, how to get 100% Elemental Damage AND also the Lower Requirements property ?

Perhaps, a different Runic Fletching kit other then OAK needs to be used to have another property such as Lower Requirements along with the 100% Damage ?

P.S. To craft such bow you need:
1.) Craft exeptional version (you could use non exeptional to get rid of DI but in your case you will need extra 50 value points from exeptional).
2.) Reforge to 100% poison - Oak + powerfull + quality. (https://uo2.stratics.com/items/magic-item-properties/runic-re-forging/semmersets-re-forging-charts/) (https://www.uoguide.com/Runic_Re-Forging)
3.) Use Whetstone of Enervation - to remove damage increase (https://www.uoguide.com/Whetstone_of_Enervation)
4.) PoFed to 255 durability (https://www.uoguide.com/index.php?title=Powder_of_Fortifying&redirect=no)
5.) Imbue item with Velocity 21%/Hit Lower Defense 50%/Hit Lightning 50%/Balanced/Swing Speed Increase 25% - 549/550 value
6.) Enchance item with Ash +10ssi + 20LR - using Forged Metal Of Artifacts (https://www.uoguide.com/Forged_Metal_Of_Artifacts) - you can enchance without shop tool but chance is too low and it will not worth to spend that much resources and time but up to you.
That answers my question, thank you so much !
Enhanced.
Unenhanced.
Unenhanceable.
Are the 3 options, and you cannot always tell, new event items especially are a bit random.
This is an entire function not being labelled on equipment, and the function itself is a good one.
He should ask why someone has no mana leech on their bow, but a bow does not have very good specials for pvm.
he will now be polishing his pencil or dipping his wick in preparation for a mass debate session or tome creation on why its all wrong that it does not have one shot win, or bolt his load feature...........
