Possible Bug: Accessing Mailboxes on Guild Houses

Issue:

We have set our Guild House mailbox to "Everyone"

Under that setting, we expect anyone to have permission to drop items into our mailbox.

However, we have discovered that no one at any access level (apart from the mailbox owner) can use the mailbox.

Could the dev team look into this possible issue @Community Manager?

You set mailbox access by who you want to be able to take out, not put in!  and it needs to be secure, not locked down.

Hi @Mariah! Yes, you're absolutely right.

Per @RonFellows I needed to set access to OWNER ONLY and then SECURE the mailbox. That did the trick. Thank you!
