Altantic server outages

Why does ATL appear to be the only server impacted by these outages not related to the migration on a Monday and Tuesday? Three times last night it crashed before I gave up trying to log in and twice today it has been unavailable.

    It isn't the only server impacted. Read other threads. ALL the shards have been affected.
