Town Trade Deals and Buff Display

Happy New Year Siege!
Several of you have asked if it is possible to make it easier to find out where specific buffs are, without running to every town. Well, the bad news is, there are no plans to automate anything like that in the short term.
The good news is, King Blackthorn has an endless supply of dedicated servants, who he can easily instruct to go and do the running around for him.
So, you will now find a display of ribbons in Luna Bank.
This display will be updated every month on the day of the Siege Council Meeting.
If a governor does update/change the town buff for any reason during the month, they just have to let me know - email (KincaidSiege@gmail.com) is the best method - and I will update it as soon as possible.
