Consultation for developers on the internal operation according to % result

For developers:

As a result of a conversation in discord the following question arose.

I give an example:

A warrior with 25% bonus healing (Bulwark of Light+First Aid Belt+Buff town) on a perfect successful application of 70 life (with 120 Healing + 120 Anatomy), would be 17.5 additional life per healing in this example

My question:

How does the code work internally, would additional life 17 or 18 life apply?

(in the sense of, if it were 17.1 to 17.4 it would be 17 and from 17.5 to 17.9 it would be 18?)

Thanks

You shouldn't do those theorycraft test with outside tools (specially outdated one).. do your own test in game.

PS: answer would be 17 if nothing else affect you.. but the in-game tag is 17.5
High healing works great on a samurai.. the class that gives you tool to avoid interruption debuff.. other than that.. consider it has a support.. do not put any extra eggs in that basket if you're no samurai and can rez people.
So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

Leave attended paying accounts alone, these people go thru a lot of trouble to play/automate the game.
