[Guide] How to activate City Trade Deal Buff in a simple and fast way
Did you know that by being a citizen of a city/town you can activate a Buff?
For those who didn't know it or knew it but don't know how to activate it, here I explain a simple and quick way to activate it.
These are the Buffs that can be available:
Guild of Arcane Arts: +5% Spell Damage Increase
Society of Clothiers: +1% Resist bump to all resists
Bardic Collegium: +1 Faster Casting
Order of Engineers: +3 Dexterity Bonus
Guild of Healers: 5% Bandage Healing Bonus
Maritime Guild: +2 Hit Point Regeneration
Merchant's Association: +2 Mana Regeneration
Mining Cooperative: +3 Strength Bonus
League of Rangers: +3 Intelligence Bonus
Guild of Assassins: +5% Swing Speed Increase
Then in the town or city we want to be citizens.
To activate this Buff in the stone we need to have a minimum of recognition, to be 'Respected'.
To do this is very simple, we get 5000 normal ingots and deliver it in a wooden box that is next to an NPC, The Minister of Trade.
I have always found this NPC in the port, so I imagine it will be like this in all places or almost all.
Once the donation of 5000 normal ingots has been made, we return to the city stone, which is next to the NPC 'The City Herald'.
Click on the stone and check the 'Utilize Trade Deal' option and the Buff will be activated.

The governor of each city/town is the one who sets this up, so what we will do is look for which Buff we are interested in and become a citizen of that place.
Where it shows the Buff that is active is in the stone of each town, I the two places where I have noticed that it is located is next to the bank, so I imagine that possibly the rest are like that.

The third white line on the stone in this photo indicates which Buff you will receive.
Once we decide which Buff and which city/town has this Buff, we become citizens of that place.
To do so, click on our character and select the Loyalty Rating option.
When the menu appears, click on City Loyalty.
Then in the town or city we want to be citizens.
And then in the Declare citizenship box.
