No help or customer support anymore

Apparently my IP's been banned and I can't use the site for my computer cuz it says I don't have permission to do ask for help multiple times and email the site and emailed so many people. And no one gets back to me and no one helps me. This poor game is dying so bad but we're still paying playing because we love it. But we're not getting any help at all. And the scammers and the bottlers have taken over and when you talk about them and say hey we don't think this is right you should do this to fix this we get banned from the site. For asking for help and saying stuff like hey be banned all the comments on vendor search so it doesn't say like 120 fishing on a 120 you know tailoring scroll and they don't try to rip people off for a hundred mil they ban you? When you're just trying to help the game and get rid of the scammers and trying to tell people hey do this so instead of doing the actual work they ban people like me from the site. For telling the truth and saying hey you need to do this you need to fix this I know you don't want to hear it's complain but when you don't do nothing ever it's insane. And then when you ban me. It's a real slap in the face it really is. I'm not sure of your friends can do anything they want in the game or what's going on. But when people ask for help and you just ban them that's insane. We don't ask for much in the game. And ask him for help and ask him for changes that would help the game and increase the population and increase money making for you. I don't think should be rewarded with being banned from a site. I've never seen a game run like this or worse than this. And I really do think this is going to be the end of you oh if you do this to people like me. It is insane it is crazy and downright nuts.

    If u do.. Boardsword support team do not answer back to these.. make a gmail or something.. do not ask me why, no idea.
    So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

    Some email servers do not allow/recognize hotmail.  I cant make people using hotmail into a group for my work.

    It's not a hotmail it's like yahoo.com one. I told you once and I'll tell you again I was on idocguy team lot of name our self after him lol. I am not him you crazy psychos. Put 90% of the time when you were talking in game you were talking to me and not him. That's why you think I'm him. He quit when they did the iDoc changes. But if you have this magic power that can see through the internet through people's phones and see who they are I'm surprised you haven't won the lottery yet.

    But 90% of the time you just said you were that name toon. So 10% you were not him.

    I actually liked the one that scanned LS years ago.  Very nice and if you talked to them, they talked back. I mentioned that here and was attacked.

    Now they don't have to look for IDOCs.

    Put urgent in the email title. She gets a lot of emails each day.

    Oh I know what happened on LS you want to talk about that we will. That was totally AR made a character and was saying hey I need items for rare's fist and it was totally not for rare's fest and it was totally AR just making the same name as us on his team on the IDocguys team . We even have pictures at one time of the person saying it and Jen chat and had the little numbers on the side and we were like you need a band this person we got on strat x and we told people they need a ban him. And it was not our leader of the iDoc team. Cuz we've always had a team Jones you will King me. Atlantic realtor hated that we came in and we were out loading him we were actually fighting back with PBP tunes and he aligned with scribbles and everything else. But that was not him spamming on lake Superior that was Atlantic realtor masana's best friend. Anybody else would have done that would have been permanent ban from the game. None of us honest team or him have ever done any scamming ever.The closest thing ever is when we used to have saves and we used to put items up for bid one guy came into the house one time and there was a cheap book that there was forbid for like 5 million gold or something like that and he bid 5 million gold and started saying that we were scammers and we've been banned them from the house. And then you just started saying oh you bet on stuff on the house though man you yeah especially when you start calling a scammers. And so we just took a second account I'm outbid him to make sure he didn't win the item. But he tried to say that he won the item and was never able to claim it which was a lie. That's the only time I've ever seen anything. But when you run into a house we were getting from Luna and we're doing auctions and it started spamming BS we're going to ban you from a house. Again bro you don't know me you don't know our team you don't know our ex members we have members that were part of the team that you would never have known cuz we just named ourself all the same person. You have no clue who we are and never will.you don't know how many members we had on our team and we will never tell you the truth cuz it was our privacy information. Put it like this we had enough accounts and enough tunes we had I think we had like 14 or 15 servers but Luna houses include in Atlantic. We were big time we used to sell stuff on a lot of the dead servers and kept people providing items and providing people with stuff they need it we help the community. We kept prices low and we helped the game unlike Atlantic realtor who sells houses that cost $25 million for billions of gold. Hoard stuff that keeps prices super high. So I wish you would stop talking about me and my friends cuz you do not know us and you will never know us.

    You can try to deny and lie all you want,  the lack of proper sentence or English,  we all know this guy is the infamous idocguy. We all know it is you that scam people on auction safes, using people names during events to fake transfers and go to gem chat all day, saying, selling houses for 10m or so, just to get the attention. No wonder even the CS don't want to help you.

    I'm the first poster to get him to admit who he is, well 90% of the time. The other 10% he is someone else...

    I told you to engage with those in game you page on and get them to confess.  When you page correctly and click on the players toon, the system records the chat log 10 mins before and after.  Say the right things and they will confess as you see here.

    Edit: just to make sure jimmy follows.. the problem ain't the REPORTsssss it's the studio COVERING for cheaters and racist.. cuz they do not apply any single rules from their TOS in game if your a paid member.

    It was the way Steven posted, kroduk said hotmail don't work, then playchild said, oh that's why it don't work. All within a minute.

    But they do have different writing styles.

    Gonna take a long time for the duck to catch you doing anything bad tho.  I always see you in Luna on some random shard I visit.  You best get some better armor to do all that cheating.

    I got the video recording wich I took a screenshot and posted it on the forum.. u telling me all that ain't evidence..

    You can't use a screen shot to prove anything.   I can edit a screen shot to make someone say anything.   If you go through the different page choices, one of them has you click on the player names that were near you.  That's the one that records the chat.

    I used it when a guy was using bag balls in the star room to keep players from exiting.  I was able to click his name from the choices, then I talked to him in Gen chat,  and got him to talk about how smart he was to do that. Confession. He came back a few days later after his ban and was angry in chat about it.  I don't recall his toon name.

    LS hasn't had a really annoying player since care bears rulz left, years ago. 
    I got them a couple of times for language.
