Poison Skill Gain Inop after 61.4...
I have confirmed that Poison Skill Gain after reaching the "magic" number of 61.4 is not working.
This is with a character that visited an Advanced Trainer to unlock the Poison Skill.
Skill gained quickly and easily until reaching 61.4, as per the New Legacy system. Then gain stopped.
I suspected this was due to the skill gain check (fail possibility) not working. This was confirmed when I got around to testing with a poison that should have no chance of success. Well... I succeeded.
It may be true that this same problem occurs with the Inscription skill under the "non-quest" gain? [This was reported by @Victim_Of_Siege ]
Until receiving comment from developer [ @Kyronix ?] I'll be waiting to work further on the Poison Skill.
