Can't recover help request if you misclick while reporting a player by target

loop

1. Open help menu

2. Select option to report player for harassment

3. Fill details and submit

4. Select option to report by target

5. With the cursor, select something in the environment, like a tree or statue

6. Target cursor disappears and Help menu cannot be re-opened
