    I can assure you this isn’t going to move the needle.  Maybe delete the post and try again.

    id suggest taking it privately if there are further issues.

    ive emailed the team in the past who seemed to be pretty responsive.  Maybe consider that respectfully.

    So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

    at the end of the day, people are people.  We all make mistakes.  But how we approach a problem is just as important on how we solve it.

    I think this has gone far enough. Posts quoting private messages have been removed.
    No mentions of race, color, religion or any other RL issue should be brought up here. In my opinion one of the main things I like about UO is I have no idea which of those things apply to the people I interact with, they are judged totally on their behavior in game.
    IF someone uses language like that in game, by all means call a GM and report it.
