Provoke not working

On the tot monsters! finally getting around to playing my bard and I successfully provo but they don't attack each other...

Yes and it says I succeeded to provoke them but they don't attack this just the plain regular dead

I brought my Bard in.

Use provoke to on two mobs that are close together.  
You get a message that says you began a fight.
The two mobs wonder around and do not fight each other.

Expected result they Fight each other.

Post a bug report in this event section.

It doesn't feel like I'm being ignored when the @Community Manager acknowledges other bugs I know she just missed this one
