What they are doing is legal as long as multi client is allowed. We should start a petition to ban multi client. A ban on multi client would end the bot armies.

Yeah it's completely stupid and other games ban for it. Freeshards ban for it. It's pathetic the way the team here rolls over for it.

you CANNOT auto target/attack all whilst multi clienting 

Whether its on 3 monitors etc like I do with EC and Pinco, you have to select EACH acct to interact

this players are towing multiply chars and they re ALL ATTACKING AS ONE

I will NOT accept any attempt to convince me otherwise

I have 3 paid accounts on 3 monitors

I multi client

I have to select EACH monitor in turn to control my chars


This is NOT what multi boxing is

You cannot control more than 1 acct at once legally

These players are using an illegal program to ensure ALL accounts act as one

Please just get your head around this

1. Multi Client  LEGAL, unsupported (in my case 3 paid accounts)

2. Multi Client 2D with auto follow   LEGAL

3. Multi Box.  ILLEGAL

You can see the difference. I cannot understand after all these years that this has NOT been stopped

All that happens is the game and players have FIXES that negatively affect legal players (shard bound etc) Yet the cheats stop operate

COME ON DEV's. SORT IT OUT

EJ accounts able to attend? or are they blocked as well

Are the multi boxers are dragging EJ accts as well?  so no $$$$$$$$ for BS?

I agree with this dude. We all see the gaggles of coordinated characters at these events. The gaslighting isn't cutting it.

You can auto follow, but you cannot have accts automated whilst controlling another acct

YOU CAN'T

If you are fighting with one acct and they others are auto targeting and hitting its an illegal program running it. you cannot be in control of all clients at once, they are all hitting and acting as one

I don't care what anyone does as long as it does not effect my game play.

I'm even ok with people having 100+ account. As long as they are paying accounts and covering the expenses.

In this case, if devs find that it's the number of players, not the number of monsters, that is causing the lag then they should take action against those accounts.

If they are not the cause of the lag, I don't mind them. All I see is that the more people selling items, the cheaper it will be for everyone buying.

I wouldnt wory too much about the trains of 3 chars or 10.  They work hard keeping all alive and stuff.

But what I would wory about is all the scripters running around as solo sampires, clearly scripted.  I mean just take a look at the teleporter in Jhelom where they all get stuck. This is because scripting and 3rd party clients are allowed in this game. I see the same ones as appear every dynamic event.

EJ accounts get account bound drops and the items they buy are account bound unless they pay to become a paid account.  Then they can't go back to EJ for like 4 months.

So, these are paid accounts yall are seeing.  Or they are ignorant of the mechanics.

Kind of skipping a lot of the thread and saying that you nailed it. The unattended macroing isn't the big problem (but yes there is some of that in this event), there is someone piloting the 4-6 accounts that can answer on every account.

The problem, like it is every single event, is that people are multiboxing (not multiclienting) using illegal third party programs/scripts. At this point, it's a worn out topic and obviously nothing is really going to be done about it. We might as well just feed the scripters and allow the regular non-scripting players enough left overs so that we can eat too...aka bump the spawn up and let the drops rain like candy. In my opinion, that's the only realistic option at this point.

i cant beleive some people after all those years dont know the difference about multiboxing and attended maccroing. multiboxing is every character pile and up and do the exact same command on every accounts at the same time run by a main account. multiclienting everyone in a guild on auto follow on the leader and doing many separate command and able to respond to a gm isnt multiboxing yeah could look really annoying but 100% legall
