4 Days since Suscription charge & account is still EJ
Its been 4 days since I was charged for my subscription. My account info online says I'm subscribed but when I log in I'm still flagged as a free account.
I was hoping to get a good spot in Trinsic for a house & as the days go on the options are just getting crappier.
It shouldn't take this long, not to mention I've sent multiple emails without as single response & in-game GMs won't do anything.
What an utterly terrible experience coming back to a game that was so precious to me.
Get it together before you ruin the magic for more people...
