Tinkering Bulk Order Deeds - Bug
There is a large for tools that includes : Morter and Pestle, Smith's Hammer, Skillet, Sewing Kit, Fletchers tools.
These larges can be 10/15/20 Normal and 10/15/20 EX.
The bods for all of them spawn in both normal and Ex.
However Fletcher Tool smalls CANNOT be bribed up to EX. If you bribe a 20 Normal Fletching Tool small it wills say 'I can't improve this bod any more'. But you can - to an EX. (You can bribe Mortor&Pestle, Smith Hammer, Skillet and Sewing kit to EX but you CANNOT bribe Fletcher tools to EX).
This needs to be fixed.
