Lots of yellow and red latency indicators

For the past week or so when ever I log in with the EC almost the entire server list has either yellow or red latency indicators.  Has anyone else noticed this? 
My ISP is Comcast and I am in Washington State.

You are not alone, I am near Seattle and have noticed the same thing.

Also, yesterday I had 1300 ms to Pacific once logged in with EC. 

Not using Comcast though.

They’ll tell you what they told me : Its your computer.  Ultima Online is perfect and nobody  has any trouble with it except you.  That’s what they keep telling me.
